Fig dryer machine
1. Fig drying parameter setting
Segmented drying is the key, and it is recommended to control it in three stages:
The first stage (high temperature dehumidification): temperature 60-65℃, humidity setting 50%, time 2-3 hours (quick evaporation of surface moisture).
The second stage (constant speed drying): temperature 55-60℃, humidity 30%, time 6-8 hours (core moisture slowly precipitates).
The third stage (cooling and shaping): temperature 50℃, humidity 15%, time 2-3 hours (avoid scorching, balance moisture).
Total time: about 10-14 hours (the specific time is adjusted according to the thickness and moisture content of the fig).
Moisture detection
The moisture content of the dried figs should be ≤20% (tough and dry, not sticky). Samples can be taken and cooled and weighed for verification.
2. Advantages of heat pump dryers
Energy saving and high efficiency: more than 50% energy saving compared to traditional electric heating, and the heat recovery system reduces energy consumption.
Precise temperature and humidity control: Avoid sugar caramelization or nutrient loss caused by high temperature.
Uniform drying: Circulating fans ensure uniform hot air distribution to reduce local over-drying or wet blocks.
